Culture of Productivity
Our agents work within a POSITIVE PEER CULTURE. This means that together, by sharing and working together, we are all able to achieve more. We push each other, celebrate each others wins, and coach each other in difficult transactions. It is essential that each team member be willing to lend a helping hand to another within the organization so that we can learn and grow. It is what is best for our clients, for the organization and for ourselves. Coupled with fun quarterly client events, Team trips and parties, and celebrating each others wins, we all become closer and better brokers. Join our team ›

The goal and premise of VIMA LUPWA HOME is the “whole village” approach, rather than being institutionalized in an orphanage, this is a home for children where they are raised in their own culture, in a home parented by a Zambian couple; education is in the Zambian community along with the other children of Mikomfwa, eating typical Zambian food and speaking their own language – all in an effort to empower them in their own culture and to become self-sustaining leaders/members of their community.
